Expedited – Fastest ground service. Canada Post Expedited Parcel services usually take 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
CanPar  Courier- Used for orders in Southern Ontario . Delivery is usually next day. All other orders are shipped with Canada Post.

SHIPPING to USA addresses.

Orders shipped to the continental USA (except Alaska & Hawaii) will be delivered by UPS Ground. Please use a regular postal address. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box (PO Box). Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days. Faster shipping is available at extra cost. Please call 1-800-463-1985 for more information.

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands will be shipped by XpressPost USA and should arrive within 7-10 business days.

All Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Niagara Falls, Ontario .

Track your Order – You can track your order on the carriers’ website. The tracking numbers are emailed to you at the time  of shipping.

Shear Comfort for USA and Canada offers a 30 day return of merchandise policy based on the following conditions:

  • all items returned must be unused and in perfect condition for re-sale.
  • packaging must be complete and free from damage
  • Shipping, handling, restocking and insurance charges are “non-refundable”.
  • Returned goods are subject to a 5% Restocking Fee.

Before you return any item, obtain a RAN # (Return Authorization Number) from us by email/phone. This number should be placed on the outside of the returned box.

Items returned from the USA should be returned by the United States Post Office. Include the following statement on the Customs declaration :

“Canadian Goods Returning to Canada”

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If the unlikely event you received the wrong product or defective merchandise,  we will credit the return shipping charges by way of the payment method you used. Please add a note of explanation. Upon reception of the returned item, we will immediately send you a replacement- at no cost to you.
